Happy New Year from OCEG. May the Year of the Rooster be a great one for you, your families, your organisations, our Nation and the Region.

OCEG aspires and is committed to become one of the nation’s executive education and consulting service provider towards a knowledge based workforce producing and developing innovative, entrepreneurial and marketable executives and leaders to fuel the nation’s growing economy.

OCEG has been steadfast in its commitment to be more responsive and relevant. We will continue to play an active role in ensuring that we are able to participate effectively in the mainstream of development and contribute meaningfully to the national’s development and the progress of nation building as envisioned in Vision 2020.

From the small class sizes to the high-caliber cohort, our programmes are designed to promote deeper learning and engagement. Our facilitators with industry experience are available before and after their sessions to talk with participants and engage in the innovative, experiential learning for which OCEG is celebrated.

Complementing on our core vision, we are planning to bring in some of the top names in leadership and management from the UK, Australia, USA and India to visit OCEG regularly. It is hoped through lectures, courses taught and training delivered in partnership or in working relationship with these international faculties, and a variety of other forums, guest speakers provide invaluable real-world insight into critical management issues to all our participants. We want to bring you the best faculty into the classroom, and get them to share their research and thought leadership with you and covering a wide range of topics that reflect the most critical challenges facing global and regional business leaders.

There is power in collaboration and working relationship especially when you are at OCEG.
